Job Title: Inbound Sales Coordinator

Location: SE16, London (short walk from Canada Water)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus quarterly commission

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Pattern: Hybrid — after an initial 4-week training period, this role requires 2 days per week in the office

Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing SME in the Private Health sector, based in SE16, who are looking for an Inbound Sales Coordinator to join their Commercial Team.

This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle for all inbound sales opportunities, from initial enquiry through to account opening and handover to the Account Manager. You will also provide support to existing customer accounts as required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of inbound new business sales opportunities
Effectively handle inbound queries via email, web-chat and phone
Support the account management of existing customers
Produce proposals and presentations, and support with tenders
Liaise with other departments to gather information needed to respond to queries
Keep up to date with industry news and competitor activity
Highlight any service defects and suggest improvements or innovations
Meet and exceed personal KPIs, contributing to team and company targets
Carry out other reasonable duties as required

Requirements

At least 1 year's sales experience (inbound experience welcome — this is not a cold-calling/hunter role)
Able to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
Flexible approach, responsive to business needs
Articulate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well presented with a \"can do\" attitude
A collaborative team player

Salary and Benefits

Base salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Quarterly commission, based on inbound lead conversion rate:
- 55% conversion: £1,250
- 65% conversion: £1,500
- 75%+ conversion: £1,750
Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office (after 4-week training period)
